I made Old Fashioned Sour Cream Doughnuts modified from this recipe: OFSC Doughnuts. Substituting butter flavored shortening with just butter and corn syrup with maple syrup (in the glaze), along with added orange zest and cinnamon; the glaze really compliments the doughnut. They are delicious.

Also, in other news, typing 3000 words a day is hard. Though I'm getting closer to making this a daily goal. This is an extension of that.
